Nicole Tripodi Paxton
“True legacy is measured not by the success we achieve, but by the opportunities we create, the trust we earn, and the difference we make in the lives of others.”
For Nicole Tripodi Paxton, real estate has always been about more than property. It is about people, relationships, legacy, and the lasting value of knowing a community from the inside out.
Rooted in generations of Westchester builders, developers, and entrepreneurs, Nicole brings a distinctive perspective to real estate—one shaped by family history, deep local relationships, and an appreciation for both the financial and personal significance of every property.
As a real estate professional with Houlihan Lawrence, Nicole specializes in residential sales, family homes, and investment properties throughout Rye, Port Chester, Rye Brook, Harrison, Mamaroneck, White Plains, and Greenwich. Her approach combines sophisticated market knowledge, strategic positioning, thoughtful negotiation, and a highly personalized level of service.
What sets her apart
Anyone can learn a market. You can't learn roots.
What truly distinguishes Nicole is legacy. Her family helped build parts of Westchester, and the relationships behind that work go back generations. That history gives her something no newcomer can replicate: an understanding of the people, properties, and relationships that shape this community, and a network built over a lifetime rather than a career. For her clients, it means trusted introductions, honest perspective, and opportunities that extend well beyond the traditional real estate transaction.
Chapter I
A Legacy of Relationships
Nicole's philosophy is deeply influenced by two extraordinary men: her father, Lou Tripodi, and her godfather, Lou Larizza. Their decades of friendship, entrepreneurship, and commitment to Westchester taught her that a reputation is built over a lifetime, trust is earned through action, and the most meaningful measure of success is what you make possible for others.
That philosophy inspired Nicole to establish The Rye Network, an elevated local platform bringing together real estate, community insight, trusted professionals, and the relationships that make a place feel like home.
Designed to be more than a traditional real estate resource, The Rye Network reflects Nicole's belief that true local expertise is not simply knowing what is available. It is knowing whom to call, which opportunities to recognize, and how to make the right connections at the right time.
Chapter II
The Story Behind The Rye Network
The Rye Network was built from something that already existed: a circle of relationships, trust, knowledge, and community built over generations. At the center of that story are Lou Tripodi, Lou Larizza, and Nicole Tripodi Paxton.
Lou Tripodi is a business owner, investor, and entrepreneur who has spent decades building businesses, investing in real estate, and forming meaningful relationships throughout the community. He has a natural ability to recognize opportunity, connect people, and help move ideas forward. His circle keeps growing because he believes relationships are most valuable when they are used to help someone else.
Lou Larizza was a builder, developer, and community leader whose impact can be seen throughout Westchester. Over more than four decades, he developed and built more than 500 homes and properties, working with local and state governments, businesses, and community partners to bring complex projects to life. But his greatest impact went beyond the buildings themselves. Lou believed in creating opportunity, strengthening communities, and using his knowledge and resources to help people.
Nicole grew up inside that circle. As Lou Tripodi's daughter and Lou Larizza's goddaughter, she saw firsthand what could happen when the right people were brought together. A phone call could lead to an introduction. An introduction could become a job, a business opportunity, a home, a solution, or simply the helping hand someone needed.
Later, working alongside Lou Larizza and building her own career in real estate, Nicole realized that the greatest resource she could offer was not simply access to homes. It was access to the circle.
- The relationships.
- The knowledge.
- The trusted professionals.
- The local businesses.
- The opportunities.
- And the people willing to help one another.

That idea became The Rye Network. It brings together the relationships Lou Tripodi continues to build, the community impact Lou Larizza created throughout his life, and the network Nicole has developed through her own career, all in one place.
Because one connection creates another. One introduction opens another door. One person helping another expands the circle. And when that continues, an entire community becomes stronger.
The Rye Network is where the connections begin. The Circle is what keeps them growing.
Chapter III
What Louie Stood For
Lou Larizza believed a person's legacy wasn't measured by what they accumulated, but by what they made possible for others.
These were the values that defined him, and that guide Nicole today.
Loyalty above everything.
Relationships weren’t transactional. When Louie cared about someone, he stood by them, through good times and difficult ones.
Showing up, not just speaking up.
He didn’t simply offer advice or promise to help. He answered the phone, made the introduction, or showed up with the people needed to get something done.
Generosity without expectation.
Helping others wasn’t something he did for recognition or repayment. It was simply part of who he was.
Relationships built on trust.
He understood that knowing people meant little unless those relationships were genuine, mutual, and strong enough to count on.
Perseverance and resilience.
He believed in finding a way forward, even when the odds were against him. Giving up wasn’t his instinct.
Community responsibility.
His investments in Port Chester and Westchester reflected a belief that success carried a responsibility to strengthen the places and people around him.
Family and lifelong friendship.
His extraordinary friendship with Nicole’s father, Lou Tripodi, spanning more than seven decades, reflected a kind of loyalty that lasted a lifetime.
Legacy through impact.
The properties he developed were accomplishments, but the opportunities he created and the lives he touched were the more meaningful measure of his success.
Chapter IV
Deep Roots. A Distinct Perspective.
Nicole and her husband both grew up in Rye. Today they are raising their three children on the same blocks they ran around on as kids: the same streets, the same parks, the same walks into town. For Nicole, Rye isn't just a market she knows. It's home, and it always has been.
As a wife, mother, and active member of the Rye community, Nicole is personally invested in the neighborhoods she represents. Her dedication extends beyond helping clients buy and sell homes to championing local businesses, strengthening community relationships, and preserving the character of the places that make Westchester exceptional.
Whether selling a longtime family home, identifying an investment opportunity, or guiding a family through an important transition, Nicole approaches every relationship with discretion, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Home is just the beginning.
